Apologies and Information Regarding the 5th Anniversary Novelty

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding the ongoing '5th Anniversary Novelty'.

We had stated that it would be "while supplies last" for regular orders, but in response to many opinions received, we have decided to include all orders meeting the conditions from December 19th (Friday) at 11:00 to December 25th (Thursday) at 12:00 noon as eligible for novelty distribution.

For customers who have ordered but were not eligible for distribution, and for those who will order from now on, although the timing is yet to be determined, we will send the novelty separately after additional production.
We will inform you again once the schedule for the separate shipment of novelty orders is determined.

Additionally, for customers who have ordered but were not eligible for distribution, we will resend the notification that you are now eligible for distribution on December 22nd (Monday) via email.

Furthermore, no additional shipping fees will be incurred for the separate novelty shipment.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers this time.
